A practice built on a single question.
Why do some professional relationships compound for years, while others — with no less talent on paper — quietly fail? That question became Alignment Diligence™.
How alignment diligence began
BlackSuite was founded by Mohammed Ayadi, whose background spans investment banking, strategic finance and private capital. Before BlackSuite, he was a Founding Partner of The London Tour, helping build an initiative that connected ambitious students from leading German-speaking universities with professionals across private equity, hedge funds, investment banking and venture capital.
Across successive years it connected more than a thousand applicants with over forty institutions. One question kept recurring, from both sides: why do some professional relationships compound for years, while others — with no less talent on paper — quietly fail?
That question became Alignment Diligence™, and the reason BlackSuite exists.
— The London Tour, the practice before the practice.
An institutional ecosystem
The relationships behind alignment diligence span private equity, hedge funds, investment banking and venture capital — across Europe and the Middle East.
Representation reflects ecosystem relationships and does not imply client engagement, mandate or endorsement.
