BlackSuite was founded by Mohammed Ayadi, whose background spans investment banking, strategic finance and private capital. Before BlackSuite, he built The London Tour — connecting ambitious students and professionals with leading institutions across private equity, hedge funds, investment banking and venture capital.
Across successive years it connected more than a thousand applicants with over forty institutions. One question kept recurring, from both sides: why do some professional relationships compound for years, while others — with no less talent on paper — quietly fail?
